Franziska Prendergast is a native of Newbridge, Co.Kildare and plays
piano/keyboards and Clarinet. Having completed her Primary Degree in
Trinity College Dublin majoring in Performance followed by a Masters
in Music Technology (University of Limerick), She has been teaching
across a number of music related courses in Ballyfermot. Fran has
worked as an accompanist across many genres over the past number of
years from classical soloists to various ensemble groups and performs
regularly with "The Dublin Gospel Choir". Fran also develops and
creates music for short film/animations and collaborates across a
number of courses in the college namely animation and art. She has
been involved with "The Animate for Success" program responsible for
composition and production of short animations created by young
primary students from the local Ballyfermot area.
